Appointment Setter Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team.

As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses, scheduling appointments with senior consultants and managing a shared diary to ensure seamless communication between teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully booking appointments in a direct sales environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously using initiative to maximise success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Telesales and outbound calling to identify opportunities and secure appointments for senior consultants
  • Managing a shared diary and scheduling appointments accordingly
  • Updating the database with key decision-makers

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully booking appointments in a direct sales environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience managing own prospects in a CRM database
  • Ability to work autonomously and use initiative to maximise success
