This is a rare opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join a growing tech company in Perth CBD. The company has global operations with its headquarters based in Perth.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice to the business, including reviewing and drafting commercial agreements with a focus on Intellectual Property and Trademarks">
  • Providing strategic and commercial legal advice at all stages of projects">
  • Reviewing marketing campaigns to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation (promotional, terms and conditions, emerging issues and technologies)">
  • Collaborating with the IP Manager to implement IP Strategy and raise awareness among staff within the business">

Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Between 5 and 10 years of post-graduate experience gained in a Top Tier Law Firm, Specialist IP Firm, or relevant in-house experience">
  • Admitted to practice in Australia; sponsorship is not available">
  • Candidates with international experience or exposure to international matters are highly regarded">
