Job Description
We are seeking a talented Graduate Engineer to join our team as part of our two-year rotational Graduate program. This program will provide you with exposure and structured learning within four key areas of project delivery:
- Pre-contracts & Estimating
- Design Coordination
- Commercial
- Site-based Engineering
As a Graduate Engineer, you will be fully embedded into project development and delivery teams, working on exciting landmark projects such as the Townsville University Hospital Expansion. You will benefit from ongoing mentoring and support from our experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and strategies
- Contribute to the estimation and tendering process
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure project deliverables are met
- Provide commercial support to project teams
- Work on site-based engineering projects, applying your skills and knowledge to deliver results
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in an Engineering related subject (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) and/or Construction related subject
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
