Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate lawyer to join our national Environment & Planning team in our Melbourne office.
As a Senior Associate, you will work directly with two leading Environmental & Planning partners in a rapidly growing practice advising on Australia's largest energy, renewables and infrastructure projects. You will be given the opportunity to advise Australia's largest energy and infrastructure developers and contractors on a wide range of environmental and planning issues, including:
- Optimising approval pathways for new projects;
- Environmental assessments;
- Planning appeals and planning panel hearings;
- Biodiversity offsets;
- Environmental licensing;
- Secondary approvals;
- Neighbour agreements;
- Environmental incident response.
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the wider Property team, as well as the Corporate team on a range of market-leading work.
