About the Role

This Pharmacy Technician position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment at Eastern Health, one of Melbourne's largest public health services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the distribution of medications from purchasing to dispensing and extemporaneous manufacturing
  • Compound aseptic and chemotherapy in a modern, purpose-built facility
  • Contribute to specialist areas such as clinical trials
  • Provide pharmaceutical care for patients as part of a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong interest in aseptic manufacturing, including cytotoxic manufacturing
  • Experience as a Pharmacy Technician (desirable but not essential)
