Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment?

We are seeking a diligent Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean, dust, and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings with attention to detail.
  • Remove rubbish and recyclable material, empty containers, and bins regularly.
  • Strip wax from floors, re-wax, and polish floors to maintain their appearance.
  • Clean and disinfect laundry and bathroom fixtures, replenish supplies, and report defective plumbing fixtures promptly.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to clean floors, work areas, and machines efficiently.
  • Remove dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes, and fixtures carefully.
  • Remove lint, dust, soot, oil, grease, sludge, and other residues from machines and interiors and exteriors of furnaces, boilers, and tanks thoroughly.
  • Tackle heavy cleaning jobs and high cleans upon request with minimal supervision.
  • Notify building management of any repairs required promptly.
  • Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions appropriately to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ensure all ordering and management of cleaning consumables are performed to support required duties.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Numeracy skills to manage inventory and resources efficiently.
  • Previous cleaning experience to understand cleaning procedures and best practices.
