Pediatric Physiotherapist

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physiotherapist to work closely with children and their families to provide high-quality physiotherapy services tailored to each child's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and diagnosing musculoskeletal and developmental issues in pediatric patients, ensuring accurate and comprehensive care.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes.
- Providing therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall function, promoting independence and confidence in children.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Educating patients and their families on home exercises and strategies for continued progress, empowering them to take an active role in their child's rehabilitation.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), demonstrating commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and patients.
- Empathy and compassion for working with children and their families, creating a safe and supportive environment for all.
