About the RoleThe Renal Service provides comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic kidney disease, including dialysis, transplantation, and supportive care.
As a Medical Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing clinical guidelines and protocols
- Providing education and training to staff
- Clinical leadership and supervision
- Collaborating with other departments to improve patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- Advanced Training in Nephrology (or dual Nephrology / General Medicine)
- Strong clinical skills and experience in renal medicine
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
