Asset Management Assurance Director Position

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Asset Management Assurance initiative, driving transformative change in NSW infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities:- Leverage expertise to assess agency asset management frameworks and portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for enhancement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement the NSW Asset Management Policy, promoting best practices and facilitating knowledge sharing.
- Engage with agencies like Transport for NSW Health Infrastructure and the Department of Education to understand their asset challenges and opportunities.
- Develop high-quality advice for government agencies, the Infrastructure NSW Executive Board, Ministers, and Cabinet.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team, fostering ongoing professional development and a culture of excellence.
- Tertiary qualifications in infrastructure-related disciplines, such as engineering, commerce, finance, or public policy.
- Deep expertise in asset management, ISO 55001, and/or the NSW Public Sector Asset Management Policy.
- Experience developing asset management processes and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly in complex environments.

This role offers a salary Grade 11/12 base salary starting at A$149739 – A$173174 plus superannuation commensurate with experience.
