Job Description

Technical Solutions Engineer Role:

We are seeking top-tier technical professionals to join our team. Our engineers drive customer success through passion and collaboration, ensuring quick response times and working closely with diverse teams.

This role involves responding to customer product inquiries, resolving concerns, and documenting customer communication and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.

The ideal candidate possesses the ability to troubleshoot complex and dynamic customer environments while balancing communications needs. A strong analytical mind is required, as is the ability to triage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as is a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working knowledge of the networking industry, products, and protocols.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with network protocols and technologies such as AAA/RADIUS/TACACS, ACL, ARP, BGP, DHCP, Ethernet, EVPN, ICMP, IGMP, IPSec, IPv4 & IPv6, LACP, LLDP, MACSec, MPLS, NAT, OpenFlow, OSPFv2 and OSPFv3, PIM, QoS, Sflow, SNMP, STP/RSTP/MST, VARP, VRRP, VLAN, VRF, VXLAN.
  • Experience with troubleshooting tools such as IXIA, tcpdump, and Wireshark is highly desired.
  • A strong comfort level with Linux is highly desired.
