You will work closely with residents to develop individualised care plans that cater to their unique needs and preferences. You will be responsible for assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as supporting residents with mobility and transferring requirements. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and families, ensuring a positive and supportive living environment.
To succeed in this role, you will require a Certificate III in Individual Support or a similar qualification. You must also have relevant experience working in residential aged care, preferably with a focus on personal care and support services.
