Key Responsibilities

  • Kitchen Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth operation and provide support when needed.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas and equipment.
  • Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate food safety/HACCP documentation.
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to use and maintain industrial kitchen equipment.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in a kitchen environment.
