We are seeking a driven and passionate individual to fill the role of Junior/Assistant Property Manager. This is an incredible opportunity for career growth and advancement within our dynamic team.

This position will play a vital role in supporting our Property Manager across various aspects of property management, including tenant interaction, routines and entry & exits, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with tenants, promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in conducting property routines, coordinating entry and exit processes to ensure smooth and efficient transitions for tenants.
  • Undertake a range of administrative tasks to support the Property Management team and contribute to streamlined operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous real estate experience, allowing you to bring a solid foundation of industry knowledge and skills to the role.
  • A current QLD Certificate of Registration, ensuring compliance with all industry regulations and requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, combined with strong organizational abilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
