About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our housekeeping team as a Room Attendant. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and prepared to the highest standards
  • Restock amenities and supplies as needed
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to achieve departmental goals

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
