**Digital Transformation Leader Opportunity**

This onsite role offers a unique chance to spearhead IT capabilities development and bring digital solutions to life. You will lead the design, development, and launch of an integrated client-facing app to connect and streamline health and home care services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an IT roadmap that aligns with organisational goals and future expansion.
  • Evaluate and improve existing IT systems, infrastructure, and digital processes across the business.
  • Manage onsite IT support, assets, systems access, and staff training across multiple sites.
  • Oversee procurement and implementation of core platforms (CRM, LMS, client records, appointment systems).
  • Ensure cyber security, data privacy, and compliance with aged care and healthcare regulatory frameworks.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong experience in a senior IT role, preferably in health or community services.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver custom digital solutions or app-based platforms.
  • Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud systems, and cyber security.
