Proactive Services Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Proactive Services Team Lead to join our team at Woolworths. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of cleaning and trolley collection specialists to ensure our stores are always clean and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team of cleaning and trolley collection specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement effective cleaning and trolley collection schedules to meet business needs
- Collaborate with store leadership teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Coach and train team members to improve their skills and productivity
- Manage time and attendance activities for team members, including tracking hours and managing absences
- Order consumables and maintain budgets for cleaning supplies
- Flexibility to work in different environments, including shop floors, fridges, freezers, and carparks
- Good eye for cleanliness and attention to detail
- Physical fitness to handle physically demanding tasks
- Ability to work with regulated frameworks, including food safety and industrial regulations
- Valid full Australian driver's license
