The role of a Job Coach is to provide support and guidance to individuals seeking employment.
- Key responsibilities include encouraging and motivating participants to find their own employment, building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities, and placing participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes.
- Additional duties involve ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements, as well as providing exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders throughout the process.
This is an opportunity to work with a vibrant, collaborative, and goals-focused team of employment services professionals from diverse backgrounds.
About You- Qualifications include experience in customer service or a client-facing role, minimum one year's experience; demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges; happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders; and confident working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers.
- A current Drivers Licence is also required.
