Aquatic Supervisor Role

As an Aquatic Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for customers and staff at our facilities.

About the Position

This position requires a highly motivated individual who can oversee the day-to-day operations of pools, ensuring compliance with safety standards and providing guidance to lifeguards and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diligently undertake lifeguarding duties to guarantee pool safety.
  • Lead emergency evacuations and respond promptly to emergencies.
  • Conduct water testing and maintain optimal chemical balance according to NSW guidelines.
  • Ensure thorough cleaning and housekeeping tasks are completed to high standards.
  • Effectively provide direction to lifeguards and allocate tasks as necessary.
  • Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and report incidents or near misses.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in supervising public swimming pools.

  • A valid Working with Children Check is required.

  • Willingness to undergo training and assist in other areas as needed.
