Prison and Community Rehabilitation Specialist

**Job Description**
In this role, you will work closely with a team of professionals to provide rehabilitation services to individuals on court orders and those who have committed serious sex offences. Your primary goal will be to help these individuals successfully reintegrate into the community, reducing the risk of reoffending.
You will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex and high-risk clients, developing individualised case plans, and implementing interventions to address underlying causes of offending behaviour. You will also lead and mentor staff to ensure that they are delivering high-quality case management practice to clients.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in effective case management practices with complex clients
- Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence in dealing with challenging behaviours
- A proven ability to model pro-social behaviours to a caseload of individuals
- A passion for supporting clients in the justice system while contributing to community safety
- An ability to lead and mentor staff to achieve their best
