About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Lawyer to join our team as a Senior Legal Counsel in a quasi-in-house role. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to establish a new function and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on commercial and industrial property, development, and project matters
  • Supervise a team in the complex and commercial lending division, including asset finance, real property, and commercial transactions
  • Liaise with lenders, brokers, and solicitors to provide consistent updates and attend governance meetings

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience as a Property Lawyer
  • Strong relationships with clients and ability to develop long-term relationships
  • Ability to structure complex documentation and deal with bespoke complexity of deals
