We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Radiology Specialist to join our team at Animal Referral Hospital.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing and reporting diagnostic ultrasound examinations and associated procedures
  • Providing diagnostic imaging advice and interpreting radiographs to facilitate case management within the hospital
  • Interpreting and reporting CT studies performed within the hospital when needed
  • Occasionally providing staff continuing education and maintaining diagnostic imaging protocols
  • Advising on the purchase and upgrading of diagnostic imaging equipment and the ongoing expansion of existing imaging services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with veterinarians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary radiology and imaging technology
  • Develop and implement effective diagnostic imaging protocols
  • Contribute to the development of educational programs for staff

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in veterinary medicine or a related field
  • Board certification in veterinary radiology or a related specialty
  • Proven experience in diagnostic imaging and patient care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
