We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage a team in Lived Experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering safety and quality in healthcare delivery, including performance appraisals and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and evaluate safety and quality practices.
- Lead and manage staff members by promoting a culture of safety and quality.
- Provide high-level advice to senior management and stakeholders on Mental health Lived Experience support activities.
- Contribute to the health equity agenda and meet the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
- Influence social, cultural, and economic determinants of health.
- Delve sustainable, culturally safe, and responsive health services.

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of leading and managing teams, with a strong focus on safety and quality. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
