Procurement Professional

The primary objective of this role is to drive procurement excellence and lead the development of strategic sourcing initiatives.

This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, developing and implementing category management strategies that align with organizational objectives, and fostering strong relationships with suppliers to achieve value for money solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive category management plans to optimize procurement outcomes.
  • Design and conduct RFPs, RFIs, and ITTs to procure best-in-class solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Deliver cost savings across multiple procurement categories, as assigned by senior leadership.
  • Formulate and negotiate commercial agreements to ensure successful contract execution and delivery of required business outcomes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and determine the most appropriate contracting framework.
  • Establish and maintain preferred supplier profiles, ensuring seamless communication with key business stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing contract management frameworks, processes, and standards to mitigate commercial risks and monitor supplier performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with current sustainability practices and track organizational performance against relevant targets.
  • Conduct thorough vendor due diligence and provide expert advice on vendor risk management.
