We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Systems and Infrastructure professional to lead our team of level 3 IT professionals. As our Head of IT Systems and Infrastructure, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor and provide technical expertise to the team to ensure high performance and ongoing professional development.
- Encourage innovation and improvement, adopting new technologies and processes to improve efficiency.
- Oversee the planning and execution of technology projects, ensuring they align with client objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify potential risks and implement security measures to protect all organisations IT infrastructure.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, and ensuring the team's technical skills remain current.
- Manage resources, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance reviews.
We are looking for a strong leader who leads by example, working collaboratively, openly, and honestly with others. You should have at least 5 years' experience in successfully leading a technical team within a Managed Service Provider (MSP). You should hold a relevant degree in IT or a related field or significant experience in the field.
