We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Bulk Earthworks and Civil Program. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of strategic Bulk Earthworks and Civil projects, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and efficient use of resources. They will provide guidance and oversight to Study Leads and key stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.

This role requires strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, as well as excellent stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, budgeting, resource allocation, and team leadership.

We estimate that this role comes with a salary range between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

About the Role

  • Program Establishment: Develop a program charter to define the strategy for delivering the program.
  • Execution Planning: Support study leads with developing program and project execution plans.
  • Program Execution: Coordinate the roll out of the program with a team of Study Leads and Engineers.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with site leaders, asset owners, and contracting partners.
  • Schedule and Risk Management: Manage the program master schedule and risk register.
  • Improvement: Support the improvement of the project delivery systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Provide high-level guidance to Study Leads and coordinate efforts between projects.
  • Performance Monitoring: Oversee the development and control of deadlines, budgets, and activities.

What You'll Bring:

  • A commitment to safety and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing complex projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • A degree in Civil/Structural/Environmental Engineering or equivalent, with a tertiary qualification.
