Financial Assistance Consultant

This role involves providing solutions to customers experiencing financial difficulties by aligning with our policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and/or their financial counsellors in navigating their financial obligations through various channels.
  • Assess eligibility for tailored solutions based on customer circumstances and monitor ongoing agreements to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluate calls within appropriate delegation levels, escalate priority issues, and maintain accuracy and integrity of customer data.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle queries empathetically.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve greater team and company objectives.
  • Experience in Financial Assistance/Hardship, Collections, or Complaints is valuable.
