Salary and Benefits

Job Description


As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating various machinery, including shearers, benders, wire straighteners, and overhead cranes. Your duties will also involve manual handling, general housekeeping, and loading/unloading mesh and steel products. The role requires effective teamwork, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Previous experience in heavy manufacturing is essential, with a proven track record of operating machinery safely and efficiently.
  • A valid overhead crane certificate is required, along with the ability to lift up to 20kg.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
  • A strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability are expected from all applicants.
