Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Manage and lead a team of refrigeration technicians to ensure that our customers receive prompt and efficient service.
- Project Management: Manage and execute small and large-scale refrigeration projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Experience: 5 years minimum experience in a refrigeration management role.
- Qualifications: Construction Induction Card (White Card), HVAC & R trade qualification, ARCTIC Licence, VBA Reg, and current VIC Drivers Licence.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work well independently and manage a team, and strong leadership skills.
