Job Opportunity: Hospitality Expert

  • Communicate effectively with security regarding unattended luggage and collaborate on resolutions.
  • Greet guests warmly and provide personalized attention to create memorable experiences.
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card and Australian Driver Licence or equivalent.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to work flexibly and under pressure.
  • Be committed to delivering high-quality service, responding to guest requests, and upholding grooming standards.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment and demonstrate adaptability in dynamic situations.
