We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Registration Clerk/Stock Controller. This role involves working closely with both the Sales and Administration departments, and requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

The successful candidate will have QLD Transport Accreditation and experience with Dealer Logic or similar registration programs. A background in administration, particularly in a dealership environment, is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring, registering and transferring registrations
  • Managing cancellations and surrenders of plates
  • Preparing QLD Transport submissions and reconciliations
  • Utilizing Dealer Logic or similar registration program

Requirements:

  • QLD Transport Accreditation
  • Dealer Logic or similar registration program experience
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
