Job Description

The Skate Associate position is a dynamic role that requires a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a Clean, Fun, Friendly and Safe experience to every guest.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to ensure a positive interaction with each customer.
Operational Tasks:
  • Operate the cash register and provide accurate change.
  • Understand and enforce facility rules and regulations.
  • Assist in protecting all skaters from injury by preventing accidents and inspecting skate rentals.
  • Communicate effectively with session managers, other associates, and management concerning any problems or safety issues during a session.
Café Operations:
  • Prepare food properly in amounts as expected and needed.
  • Able to clean and operate all kitchen equipment properly.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Assist in promoting birthday cards and email signups.
  • Ability to assist in other part-time positions as needed or directed.

Flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, are available for up to 25 hours per week.
