As a stablehand with Freedman Training, you will be responsible for the daily care and management of horses in our dynamic thoroughbred racing stable located in Sydney.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in the thoroughbred racing industry and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

You will be involved in various tasks such as mucking out stables, maintaining cleanliness, attending barrier trials and race days, general stable and yard maintenance, preparing horses for morning trackwork, transporting horses to and from the racecourse, loading/unloading horses from the walker, and caring for tack, rugs, and other stable equipment.

One of the key aspects of this role is the opportunity to work in one of Sydney's leading racing stables, offering a unique chance to develop your skills and knowledge in the industry.

To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently when required.
