About Us

Coles, a leading liquor retailer in Australia, is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing retail team to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Create engaging store displays and visual merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and appeal.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive store culture that encourages collaboration and teamwork.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stock effectively, and ensure efficient payroll and rostering processes.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, including promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Retail Manager or similar role, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Demonstrated expertise in visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory control.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
