**The Opportunity:**

Join Techium Consulting Group as a Head of Sales and drive business growth through effective sales strategies and team leadership. We're looking for an experienced sales professional who can leverage their expertise and strategic thinking to execute business plans and achieve measurable results.

About the Role:

This senior sales leadership position will oversee the ANZ sales function, driving business growth through the development and execution of sales strategies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in senior sales roles, with experience leading and managing business development functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development:
  • Craft and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Analyse market trends and adjust strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to ensure team members achieve their targets.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies to expand the customer base and enhance customer retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions to meet their needs.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in a Senior SaaS sales role.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading and managing a business development function.
  • Deep understanding of the EdTech, LMS, or HR Tech industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to drive measurable results.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with implementing sales development and analysis tools.
