Cleaner Position

We are seeking a Cleaner to join our team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across various living areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for residents by cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and other spaces as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure personal safety and the safety of others by adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and support to elderly individuals.
  • Possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Absorb and apply knowledge from previous experience working in similar roles, if applicable.
  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Be willing to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance, if required.
