Optical Retail Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and engaging leader to oversee the day-to-day operation of our retail arm. This role is key to the ongoing success of our services and involves collaborating closely with optometrists to deliver a superior customer experience.

About the Role

As an Optical Retail Leader, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and coaching effective selling and customer service skills. You will also work closely with our optometrists to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional patient care.

Requirements
  • Able to demonstrate experience working with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with local labour laws.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or higher retail management position.
