Product Designer - Intimates

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our intimates team, focusing on building key looks and contributing to the creative direction of the brand.

As a Product Designer in this highly creative role, you will implement and execute seasonal assortment plans and design briefs. Your primary focus will be ensuring the brand is considered first, with product ranges built around the brand aesthetic.

This position involves managing one direct report in a Design Assistant capacity. Therefore, it is essential to have some experience coaching, mentoring, and guiding Design Assistants.

The design team is highly collaborative, working together to achieve optimal results. Key responsibilities include creating and executing design concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, project design work, and conducting product presentations.

To ensure success in this role, a proven track record in similar design positions, an innovative approach to design, inspirational team leadership capabilities, and knowledge of fabrics, laces, and fibres are essential.

  • Develop and implement seasonal assortment plans and design briefs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and coach Design Assistants to support their growth and development.
  • Ensure the brand's aesthetic is consistently reflected in all product ranges.
