Maintenance Fitter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled maintenance fitter to join our team. As a maintenance fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining high-speed machinery on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Machine Maintenance: Repair and maintain high-speed machine breakdowns with a focus on prevention.
  • New Technology: Learn new state-of-the-art machine interface controls and settings.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain equipment following OEM procedures and identify areas for improvement.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance and manage spare parts.

To succeed in this role, you must ensure compliance with safety regulations, work within a HACCP environment, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience with high-speed production equipment, machining, and fitting, as well as a restricted electrical license. Experience with pneumatic systems, hydraulics, and forklift operation is highly regarded.
