Seeking a highly skilled Mobile Crane Operator to lead our team.

Our company is offering a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our team as a Mobile Crane Operator/Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Liaising with Customers to Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Goal Achievement
  • Book in jobs with the allocations team
  • Carry out site inspections and provide a written quote
  • Be able to choose the correct equipment and crane to carry out the jobs required
  • Problem solve with client/crews
  • Will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with others
  • Conduct crew evaluations onsite
  • Create new client opportunities

Requirements:

  • Excellent Presentation, Written and Oral Communication Skills
  • Ability to Handle Pressure
  • Strong Understanding of Microsoft Operating System (Primarily Including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong Understanding of IT Systems
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Good Understanding of the Sydney metro area
  • Auto cad and lift study skills are preferred
  • Willing to work in a team environment
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Current driver's license
  • Visual dispatch experience is preferred
  • Dolly crane experience is also desirable
