About This Role

As a Home Care Support Professional, you will work with each client to develop personalized care plans that cater to their unique needs and goals. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, household cleaning, and laundry.

You will also transport clients to appointments, shops, and other destinations, ensuring their independence and mobility. Additionally, you will encourage clients to engage in activities they enjoy, promoting their physical and mental well-being.

Requirements
  • Hold an Australian drivers license and own a reliable motor vehicle with third-party property damage insurance
  • Have excellent verbal communication skills and an empathetic, patient, and caring nature

Estimated Salary: $30.11 per hour + super + salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum
