About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our rapidly growing CFO Advisory practice within our Private Business Tax and Advisory Group. As a senior professional, you will play a critical role in our growth by building strong client relationships, producing high-quality deliverables, and identifying potential target clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the strategic growth of the practice by identifying key targets, potential new service offerings, and opportunities for expansion
  • Lead the planning, approach, risk management, and delivery of engagements, including enabling managers and junior staff, WIP monitoring, and making associated commercial decisions
  • Review client deliverables, delegate, and oversee preparation and manage executive review
  • Lead business development activities, maintain strong client and internal networks, and develop strategic plans for key accounts and areas of focus
  • Lead the development of proposals
Requirements
  • Excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of executing under pressure
  • Strong report writing and communication skills and a history of delivering tailored, high-quality advice
  • An ability to generate new client work and a strong existing relationship network
  • A strong track record in delivering findings, observations, and advice to clients
  • Ability to build and lead teams in a diverse and inclusive manner
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification and a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
