**Science Educator Role**

We are seeking a dedicated educator to fill the Science Teacher position at our institution.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for teaching and learning, with a strong focus on student success. They will be able to teach Secondary Science in Years 7 and 10, and also teach VCE Year 11 Chemistry.

The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The role is full-time, though part-time may be considered.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Teach Secondary Science in Years 7 and 10
  • Teach VCE Year 11 Chemistry
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback

**Required Qualifications and Skills:**

  • A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Masters of Teaching / Bachelor of Education / PGCE)
  • Appropriate qualifications and experience in teaching Science, and ideally Chemistry
  • Victorian Institute of Teachers registration (or eligibility to gain)
  • Working Rights for Australia (or eligibility to gain) including Skilled Migrant Visa and Working Holiday Maker
