Key Responsibilities- Process and verify invoices for payment
- Match invoices to purchase orders and proof of receipt
- Obtain payment approvals for invoices
- Enter supplier invoices into our financial software
- Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports
- Issue notices to suppliers regarding rejected invoices
- Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable and administrative roles within a building, property development, or construction environment
- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or a similar discipline (desirable)
- Knowledge of Databuild and OnSite Companion (preferred)
