dnata Airport Services Pty. Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Airport Passenger Service Coordinator in Perth, Australia.

As an Airport Passenger Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of passenger services at Perth International Airport.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all client airlines and ensure that all customer service requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Carry out passenger check-in duties and other related tasks commensurate with the passenger service for client airlines.
  • Ensure that necessary paperwork is completed on time and that all reporting is done in accordance with service delivery agreements and company requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service-oriented role.
  • Experience in dealing with difficult situations with clients and handling high-volume, personalized customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle competing demands and priorities.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to deal with confidential and sensitive situations.
  • Ability to lift baggage up to 32kg and assist special needs passengers, including pushing wheelchairs.
