Merchandising Role

As a Coles merchandiser, you will be responsible for executing merchandising plans across multiple stores to drive sales and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Be adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced environment, able to lift up to 15kg and work flexible hours.

Requirements:

  • Previous merchandising experience is preferred but not essential. Similar experience from different sectors may also be considered.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Available to work flexible hours and have a valid work authorization for Australia (preferred).
