Deliver high-quality in-home care services to our valued customers, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity:
- Provide personalized support services to meet the unique needs of each customer.
- Work in a permanent part-time capacity with a competitive hourly rate of $32.56p/h + 11.5% super.
- Enjoy a travel allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between customers.
- Be based with our Far West Branch and work in Broken Hill NSW.
Key Requirements:
- Hold a current Australian Driver's License and own a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Be fully vaccinated with a minimum of two doses for Covid-19.
- Be flexible to work rosters between 7:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (we are flexible on start and finish times for the right candidate).
- Have a minimum of 12 months experience in delivering personal care and/or hold a Certificate III in Individual Support.
Your New Role:
- Personal Care: Assist with personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, mealtime support, and medication prompting.
- Help at Home: Provide assistance with cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and assisted dressing.
- Transport: Transport customers to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
- Client Awareness: Engage in social interaction, observe customer needs, and participate in ongoing training and support.
We welcome applicants with experience and/or qualifications in:
- Disability Support Work
- Assistant in Nursing (AIN)
- Community Services work
- Bachelor of Nursing
