We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team in a dynamic position requiring processing orders primarily working independently with minimal supervision.

**About The Position**

As a member of the team, you will provide premium customer service and account management to leading organisations and government agencies.

The duties will include:

Order collection and delivery of client records and information

Customer service queries

Maintaining high-profile account service delivery

Daily record management and security of client records to ensure compliant delivery and storage

Processing and retrieval of valuable information and document management of client requests

Working with computer technology with scanners, PCs, etc.

**About You**

To be considered for this position, you will have the following:

Minimum Car Licence

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to relate well to clients at all levels with confidence

Be hardworking and reliable

Be well-groomed and physically fit to perform manual handling tasks

Have good computer literacy skills

Warehouse and or transport experience an advantage but not essential

Flexibility with work hours and days

Work well under pressure and be a good team player

Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
