General Practitioner Opportunity in Edmonton

We are seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join our family-orientated practice in Edmonton, located 15 minutes south of Cairns CBD. The practice offers a broad range of clinical services including chronic health management, men's health, women's and children's services, indigenous health and the full range of general practice treatment.

Practice Information:
  • The practice is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 3pm.
  • The practice has modern facilities and a strong affiliation with patients and the local community.
  • Onsite treatment room nurse and admin support are available.
  • Full computerisation and allied health services are provided.

This is a great opportunity to join an excellent team of doctors, nurses and support staff, with an already established patient base. You will have the flexibility to work weekends and enjoy excellent remuneration based on percentage of billings.

Position Description:

As a General Practitioner at our practice, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services. You will work closely with our existing team of doctors, nurses and support staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

We require a General Practitioner with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). A PEPP (Preventive and Early Detection Practice Incentives Program) qualification is also highly desirable.
