The Role

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Catering Assistant/Server. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with basic food preparation, serving residents meals and drinks, and maintaining legislated food hygiene and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with food preparation, including preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and plating dishes* Serve residents meals and drinks in a timely and efficient manner* Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and dining areas* Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements

* Previous experience in a similar role or industry* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure* Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and bending/pivoting
