Health Professional Facilitators Wanted

We are seeking experienced Health Professionals to facilitate the Disability Inclusion Profile in schools across a designated area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals to work with students, teachers, and families to create inclusive learning environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Disability Inclusion Profile meetings in schools
- Collaborate with teachers and families to identify student strengths and needs
- Provide training and support to school staff on inclusive practices
- Contribute to the development of inclusive education strategies
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified Health Professional (Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist/Therapist or Psychologist)
- Current registration with relevant authority
- Minimum 5 years experience working in/with schools
- Extensive knowledge of child development, disabilities or learning challenges
- Strong understanding of inclusion principles and strengths-based approach
